Where are you based?

Ibiza Airport Transfers is an integral part of European Airport Transfers SL, based in the Balearic Islands and are fully licensed by the Balearic Tourism Council. We are full members of AVIBA (Spanish ABTA).

Can I change details of my transfer bookings?

In the case of private transfers, we can make amendments to your booking up to at least 24 hours before the time of the service at no extra charge.  After that we cannot guarantee availability and there could be an admin charge applicable.

For shuttlebus transfers, to guarantee availability, we should be advised of changes at least 4 days beforehand.  After that time it may not be possible to change and there could be an admin charge applicable

Are there any extra charges on top of your web site transfer rates?

Our advertised transfer rates are the same for day / night, weekday / weekend, bank holiday / fiesta day transfers.

Providing Child Seats/ Boosters (only available in private VIP transfers) carries an extra charge as does the carriage of Bikes in bags/boxes, Golf Bags, Surf Boards, etc.

2 items of  normal luggage per passenger (ie normal aircraft allowance) are included in transfer prices. Small extra items such as folding children’s pushchair can also be carried. If you have other extra items please contact us to make sure they can be transferred in transfer vehicle size selected.

If you choose the payment by Paypal option, there is a supplement applicable. 

Will I get the kind of vehicle as shown in the photo on the booking page?

The photos shown are examples of vehicles to show each group size but the actual vehicle used could well differ from those shown.  Depending on the circumstances at the time of the service, we reserve the right, to send a larger vehicle than booked if necessary to ensure a minimum inconvenience possible for our clients.

On my arrival at Ibiza airport will I have to wait for my vehicle?

In the case of private transfers, although we do our utmost to ensure your vehicle is waiting for you, there could be occasions, especially in the middle of the summer at peak periods, when you may have a short wait.

In the case of shuttlebus transfers there can be up to an hour’s wait from the time you reach our customer reception office.  For Speedy Shuttle transfers there can be a wait of up to 40 mins.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

No problem, the customer reception office in Ibiza airport arrivals hall monitor incoming flights for any delay so transfers are available.  We do not charge a waiting fee for delayed flights.

How do we pay for transfers?
  • Prepayment by Credit/Debit card through our bank’s safe page when booking.
  • Prepayment by Paypal (in this case there is a supplement payable – see the booking form). 
Where do we meet our transfer driver?

Once you have your luggage, please go to the customer reception office in Ibiza airport arrivals hall, details of which you will find on your booking confirmation.

What shall I do if we lose an item of luggage in the baggage collection area?

Go to your airline luggage handling agent inside the baggage collection hall and advise them. They will arrange for the luggage to be delivered to your holiday accommodation.

IMPORTANT. If you are delayed leaving the baggage collection hall please phone our emergency number on your booking confirmation or send a member of your party to advise our customer reception office you have arrived and there is a problem, to ensure your driver waits for you.

We are staying in a private villa in a secluded location, is that a problem?

No, many of the private villas we transfer passengers to are in ' out of the way ' locations.

Villa rental companies often will not release addresses and directions to private villas/ apartments until 2 weeks before arrival, but it is very important that we receive these details at least a week before your arrival in Ibiza.  To ensure there are no problems finding your accommodation, we will need GPS co-ordinations and/or detailed map/details as to where it is situated, plus the name/contact number of the villa company/owner.

Many of the villas in Ibiza are in places that are difficult to reach and we need time to check them out to ensure the size of vehicle you need can actually get up to your holiday home. Also, normally you receive the directions in English and we must translate them for the drivers.  Depending on the accessibility of the villa, we may have to leave you at a nearby drop-off point.

Shuttlebus transfers do not stop at private villas/apartments - we suggest you check out on the internet a hotel near to a local taxi rank for the short onwards journey to your accommodation.

Can I organise return transfers when in Ibiza?

All transfer passengers are provided with contact telephone numbers to book returns transfers or change return details when here. Also you can book the departure transfer on our website http://www.ibiza-airport-transfers.com/.  However, if you have the return details at time of booking arrival transfers it is better to reserve return transfers then.

Do I need to confirm my return pre-booked transfer?

Although your return booking is in our system, please confirm the return with our office (not with the arrivals driver), either by telephone or email, at least 24 hours before, to ensure we have all the correct details.  Also you can see your booking details on our website www.ibiza-airport-transfers.com

In the case of shuttlebus transfers, your pick-up time will be confirmed by our representative on your arrival in Ibiza airport.
